Obstetrics & Gynecology Physician

Location: Albany, Georgia A vibrant Southwest Georgia community offering a warm climate, affordable cost of living, and easy access to regional airports, outdoor recreation, and family-friendly neighborhoods.

Healthcare Organization: A comprehensive women s health center providing full-spectrum obstetrics and gynecology services. The team includes 4 OBGYN physicians, 3 Certified Nurse Midwives, and 2 Women s Health Nurse Practitioners, with an additional 3 OBGYNs providing PRN call coverage at Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital.

Opportunity: Full-time OBGYN opportunity to replace a physician relocating out of state. The incoming provider will join a collaborative, mission-driven team dedicated to providing high-quality OB and GYN care to a diverse patient population.

  Monday Friday, 8 a.m. 5 p.m. in clinic, plus call and one surgery day per week at the hospital

  Opportunity to participate in care at nearby HIV Rural Model Clinic (serving 1,200+ patients)

Compensation:

• Salary Range: $280,000 $ 347,500 (guaranteed for first 6 months, then transitions to production model or sooner if mutually agreed)

• Production Model:
  Based on patient visits and volume (similar to RVU model); high earning potential
