Locums Interventional Radiology Physician in Georgia - IR Only Coverage
Interventional Radiology Physician locums opportunity in Georgia near Tallahassee, offering IR-only coverage with recurring Monday-to-Monday blocks.
Highlights:
- IR only, no diagnostic reads
- Monday to Monday block scheduling
- 24-hour call while onsite
Practice Setting:
- Inpatient hospital environment
- Dedicated IR suite workflow
- Full technologist, ED, and lab support
- Adult patient population
Schedule:
- Choose one to three weeks per month
- In-house Monday to Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Weekend daytime coverage with hotel-based call overnight
- 24-hour call for duration of block
Cases and Procedures:
- CT and ultrasound-guided biopsies
- Paracentesis, thoracentesis, lumbar punctures
- Drains, chest tubes, nephrostomy
- Trauma embolization and fluoroscopic procedures
Requirements:
- Board Certified in Interventional and Diagnostic Radiology
- Active Georgia license or IMLC LOQ
- BLS and DEA
Travel Accommodations:
- Travel and lodging provided
