Clinical Assistant, Associate, or Full Professor

Position Summary

The Department of Clinical and Administrative Pharmacy is seeking a faculty member to provide leadership in clinical practice, teaching, scholarship, and administration at the rank of Clinical Assistant, Associate, or Full Professor. The position is full‑time, non‑tenure track and will be located in Albany, Georgia.

• Teach and coordinate courses across the P1‑P4 curriculum, including didactic, lab, skills, and experiential courses.
• Develop and maintain a nationally recognized program of scholarship.
• Participate in departmental, college, and university committees and professional organizations.
• Serve as the Extended Campus Coordinator for the P3 Albany site, acting as a local contact for academic and student affairs issues and coordinating communication with external stakeholders.

• Current Georgia license or ability to obtain one.
• At least two years of teaching experience in a college or school of pharmacy, or fellowship/postdoctoral training with a history of teaching.

• Well‑established record of teaching excellence and scholarship.
• Evidence of academic administration experience.
• Experience or potential to develop and maintain clinical practice and scholarship in rural health, population health, ambulatory care, internal and family medicine, infectious disease, cardiology, or community practice.
• Strong communication skills and potential for excellence in teaching.

• Open rank, non‑tenure track, full‑time, 12‑month fiscal contract.
• Primary duty percentages: teaching 60%, scholarship 20%, service 20%.
