Operations Management, Regulatory Compliance Specialist, Quality Engineering, Manufacturing Engineer
I'm hiring a Facilities & EHS Manager to join an established and growing medical technology company developing life-saving technologies within a highly specialised area of Med Tech.
The business is now entering another exciting stage of its growth, including a major investment into a new facility, creating a rare opportunity to help shape the infrastructure that will support its future manufacturing and operational expansion.
This is much more than a traditional facilities or safety position. You'll play a key role in the transition into the new site, helping lead the development of cleanroom, laboratory and manufacturing spaces, while taking ownership of facilities and EHS operations within an FDA-regulated environment.
This rare opportunity offers:
- Significant ownership of a major new facility build-out and relocation
- The opportunity to help create new cleanroom, laboratory and manufacturing infrastructure from the ground up
- A highly visible position working closely with senior Operations, Quality and Regulatory leadership
- Broad ownership across facilities, EHS, capital projects and site operations
- The opportunity to support the infrastructure behind life-saving medical technologies and critical patient care
The ideal background:
- Facilities/EHS experience within FDA-regulated medical device, pharmaceutical, biotech or similarly regulated manufacturing
- Strong experience with GMP environments, clean rooms and OSHA/EHS programs
- Experience managing manufacturing facilities, infrastructure, contractors and improvement projects
- Facility relocation, expansion, commissioning or cleanroom construction experience is highly desirable
- Approximately 5–7+ years of relevant facilities, EHS, engineering or manufacturing experience
