Position: FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT ANALYST with Security Clearance
Duties
* You will perform or advise on various phases or systems of budget administration.
* You will formulate budget and cost estimates to support plans, programs, and activities.
* You will present and defend budget estimates before authorities.
* You will review and evaluate budget requests.
* You will control and report on obligations and expenditures.
* You may develop, determine, and interpret budgetary policies and practices.
* You will analyze and recommend costs and benefits of alternative financial management methods.
* You will implement legal and regulatory controls over approved budgets.
* You will advise on effective and efficient methods for acquiring and using funds to support the organization's programs and activities.
* You may also perform a variety of fiscal, accounting, or financial management duties as needed by the organization. Requirements Conditions of employment

Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.

Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: advising on or managing various phases of budget administration, including the formulation of budget and cost estimates to support plans and programs. Presenting and defending budget estimates, reviewing and evaluating budget requests, and overseeing the control and reporting of obligations and expenditures.
