The Albany Housing Authority is accepting applications for the position of Chief Financial Officer (CFO). This CFO will administer and advise, manage/coordinate, and oversee the Housing Authority’s fiscal/financial management programs and activities.

• Professional Bachelor’s degree (Masters and/or CPA preferred) from an accredited college or university with coursework in public administration, financial management, finance, accounting, business, or a related field.
• At least seven (7) years of financial and management experience in a public agency housing program or a closely related field; or private enterprise, non-profit, or government administration including five (5) years in a supervisory capacity.
• Competitive salary with full benefits. Work schedule is 4‑day, 40‑hour work week.
• Criminal background check, drug testing, and a valid Georgia driver’s license required.
