Senior Small Business Relationship Banker - East Albany Branch

Regions Bank -  - Responsibilities:
Achieves individual and branch targets by proactively identifying customer needs and guiding Regions' small business solutions;
Conducts outbound phone calls to expand relationships and acquire new customers;
Serves as primary relationship manager for a portfolio of small business customers with revenues up to five million dollars;
Educates customers on Regions' Consumer and Business products and services, including lending and deposits;
Provides a consistent optimal customer experience, including greeting customers and processing transactions; ensures sound banking practices and reports operational risks
