Education Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent (Required)

• One (1) year relevant experience (Preferred)
• Prior experience in healthcare or related customer service (Required)

• Required Certifications/Licensures:
  Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
• within 3 months of hire.

• Have near normal vision - Clarity of vision (both near and far), ability to distinguish colors

• Standing - Frequently within shift (34-66%)
• Walking - Continuously within shift (67-100%)
• Sitting - Occasionally within shift (1-33%)
• Bending/Stooping - Continuously within shift (67-100%)
• Twist at waist - Frequently within shift (34-66%)
• Pushing/Pulling - Continuously within shift (67-100%)
• Lift/carry > 20 lbs with assistance - Occasionally within shift (1-33%)
• Reaching above shoulder - Frequently within shift (34-66%)
• Lift/carry > 50 lbs with assistance - Occasionally within shift (1-33%)
