Medical Assistant - ENT Practice

We are seeking an experienced Medical Assistant to join our clinical team. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, compassionate, and takes genuine pride in providing excellent patient care. We're looking for someone our providers can rely on, our patients remember positively, and our team can trust to follow through without needing reminders.

ENT experience is a strong plus, and experience with eClinical

Works (eCW) is highly preferred.

• Room patients and obtain accurate vitals and medical histories
• Assist providers with examinations, procedures, and treatments
• Prepare patients for visits and procedures
• Accurately document patient information in the EMR
• Manage clinical tasks efficiently while prioritizing patient care
• Communicate with patients regarding appointments, medications, referrals, and follow-up care
• Maintain clean, organized, and fully stocked exam rooms
• Support providers and team members throughout the day
• Follow HIPAA, safety, and clinical protocols
• Assist wherever needed to support team success
• Solid, hands-on Medical Assistant experience
• Confidence working in a fast-paced clinical setting
• Strong initiative and independent judgment
• Excellent organizational skills and composure under pressure
• Strong attention to detail
• A professional, patient, and compassionate approach with patients
• Effective communication with both patients and colleagues
• Reliability and a strong sense of accountability to the team
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new situations
• Commitment to accuracy and quality of work
• A positive, proactive attitude

• ENT/otolaryngology experience
• eClinical
  
  Works (eCW) experience
• Experience assisting with office-based procedures
• Experience in a busy specialty practice setting
