Human Resources Assistant

Overview

We are seeking a skilled and motivated HR Assistant to join our growing HR team. In this high-impact role, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and placing top-tier candidates to meet organizational staffing needs. You will act as a strategic hiring partner, collaborating closely with department leaders to ensure a seamless, candidate-centric hiring experience.

• proactively source and recruit qualified candidates through job boards, social media platforms, networking events, and employee referrals.
• screen resumes and applications, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate qualifications to ensure alignment with job requirements and company culture.
• develop strong relationships with hiring managers to understand team needs, workforce gaps, and ideal candidate profiles.
• create and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• organize and attend career fairs, university recruitment events, and professional networking events.
• maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and monitor key recruiting metrics to optimize performance.
• ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely updates and managing communication throughout the hiring process.
• stay informed on labor market trends, salary benchmarks, and emerging recruitment technologies.
• ensure compliance with employment laws and internal hiring policies.
