Equipment Specialist II

Patricio Enterprises is seeking an Equipment Specialist II to c onduct technical data life cycle management for data in multiple data repositories as well as review, develop, validate, analyze and update publications .

• Conduct technical data life cycle management for data in multiple data repositories (e.g.Technical Data Management System, Applications Data Files, GCSS).
• Attend planning meetings and teleconferences andsubmit minutes from each meeting.
• Review drawing packages to ensure provisioning data is sufficiently complete tosubmitfor a procurable NSN and provide recommendations for changes.
• Review, develop,validate,analyze and update publications (Operation Manuals, Maintenance Manuals, Modification Instructions, Technical Instructions, SL-3’s and Special Instructions).
• Draft and review Statements of Work for various client components.
• Provide coordination and management of various systems and processes as required.
• Responsible forassistingininitialprovisioning and fielding of new equipment to include new equipment asset management and inventory control.
• Provide assistance in the management of the program for spares, repair parts, and supplies to meet requirements.
• Ensure quality assurance is managed byutilizingthe Product Quality Deficiency Reports (PQDRs) and providing immediate resolutions.
• Research and answer PDMI 339s.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Ability to research, analyze, and evaluate information
• Ability to express ideas effectively orally and in writing
• Ability to work withlarge amountsof data
• Ability to coordinate equipment distribution
• Knowledgeable with Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of DoD unique systems for equipment sustainment
• Knowledge of Product Data Management Initiative and Product  Data Reporting and Evaluation Program
• Understanding and navigation of DLAWebFLISprogram

• 5 years of ISO MCLB Albany or relevant military experience
• Experience with TDM-Catalyst, GCSS-MC, TFSMS (Desired)
