Position: SUPERVISORY MANAGEMENT AND PROGRAM ANALYST with Security Clearance
Duties
* You will lead and supervise a multidisciplinary team of logistics and IT professionals by assigning work, managing performance, developing employees, and overseeing contractor support to accomplish sustainment and organizational objectives.
* You will develop Power BI dashboards, KPIs, and automated reports that provide data-driven insights to improve weapon system readiness and logistics operations.
* You will manage GCSS-MC, the Marine Corps Data Repository (MDR), SharePoint, and related systems to ensure data integrity, governance, and effective information sharing.
* You will analyze logistics, supply chain, and sustainment programs to identify trends, improve processes, and enhance lifecycle support and operational readiness.
* You will advise senior leaders by delivering executive briefings, analytical findings, and recommendations that support strategic planning and resource decisions.
* You will collaborate with HQMC, acquisition organizations, and external partners to resolve logistics issues, ensure compliance, and strengthen enterprise sustainment efforts. Requirements Conditions of employment

* This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.

* This position is subject to work an uncommon tour, including nights, weekends, and holidays to meet mission requirements. Overtime or night differential pay and/or unusual duty hours may be required.
* You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final secret security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal. Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.

Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: leading logistics management, business intelligence, and program analysis initiatives supporting enterprise sustainment, weapon system lifecycle management, supply chain operations, maintenance planning, and organizational readiness while supervising multidisciplinary logistics and information technology personnel, managing contractor support, establishing priorities, evaluating performance, and implementing workforce development strategies. Developed and implemented enterprise data analytics solutions using Microsoft Power BI, SharePoint, and enterprise logistics systems to analyze complex datasets, develop key performance indicators (KPIs), automate executive dashboards and reports, improve data governance, and provide data-driven recommendations that enhanced operational effectiveness and strategic decision-making.
