Supply Chain Leadership Development Program (SCLDP)
Clorox invites you to join the Supply Chain Leadership Development Program, a rotational program that provides three distinct assignments in Technical, Business, and Manufacturing areas of our Product Supply Organization. Participants will handle full‑time responsibilities, complete the Leadership Development Curriculum, and receive ongoing learning opportunities.
Potential Work LocationAlpharetta, GA (Atlanta Metro Area) – relocation assistance available.
In this role, you will- Quickly get up to speed and deliver solid results in functional assignments (70%)
- Complete the Leadership Development Curriculum requirements (10%)
- Participate in leadership learning & activities (5%)
- Gain exposure to other facilities and cross‑functional teams (5%)
- Assist in on‑going development of the SCLDP and campus recruiting activities (5%)
- Actively seek leadership experiences inside and outside of the functions (5%)
During the Manufacturing rotation, participants supervise production employees for a 12‑month assignment. Assignment location may vary.
What we look for- 0–1 year of relevant post‑graduation work experience
- Previous internship or work experience (preferred)
- Manufacturing experience (preferred)
- Strong leadership skills and a track record of achieving results
- Demonstrated problem‑solving and analytical skills
- Effective communication and relationship‑building abilities
- Geographic mobility to Atlanta and field locations throughout the United States
- Proof of legal right to work in the United States (required)
- Four‑year Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Management, Logistics, Planning, or a related field
- GPA of 3.0 or higher (preferred)
