Analyst – Retail Maintenance Sourcing

Summary:

Provides analysis supporting sourcing strategies, repair decisions, wholesale and retail supply-chain management, and SECREP lifecycle support.

• Analyze SECREP sourcing requirements, supply-chain processes, and repair-support alternatives.
• Support Government decisions on sourcing, stock positioning, inventory levels, repair versus replacement, and supply-chain improvement.
• Assess metrics, demand patterns, inventory performance, and cost impacts associated with sourcing decisions.
• Develop recommended courses of action to improve availability, readiness, and efficiency.
• Prepare data-call responses, analytical products, briefings, summaries, and policy recommendations.
• Support development of SECREP supply-chain process improvements and strategic logistics initiatives.
• Apply Marine Corps logistics policy and business rules to analysis and recommendations.

Starting Salary Range for Analyst – Retail Maintenance Sourcing:Pay commensurate with experience.

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, or qualifying combination of post-high-school education and training.
• Three to five years of experience in military wholesale and retail reparable or consumable logistics.
• Three to five years of experience managing ground-equipment secondary items.
• Three to five years of experience with metrics management, SECREP sourcing, source-of-repair processes, or SECREP wholesale pricing.
• One to two years of experience using performance-management frameworks.
• Performs other duties as may be assigned.
• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer; may occasionally require standing or moving about the office for extended periods.
• Must pass pre-employment qualifications of Cherokee Federal.
