• Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and client expectations.
• Develop comprehensive project plans that outline scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes.
• Conduct regular project status meetings, providing updates to stakeholders and addressing any concerns or issues that arise.
• Ensure adherence to project management best practices and methodologies, promoting continuous improvement within the team.
• Manage project budgets, tracking expenditures and ensuring financial accountability throughout the project duration.
• Foster a positive team environment, mentoring junior project managers and supporting their professional development.
• Utilize project management software and tools to streamline processes and enhance project tracking and reporting.
• Prepare and present project documentation, including proposals, reports, and post‑project evaluations to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to identify new business opportunities and contribute to proposal development.
• Stay current with industry trends and advancements, integrating best practices into project management processes.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably within the technology or consulting sectors.
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from initiation to closure.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams effectively.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with a focus on delivering high‑quality results.
• Proficient in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, or Trello) and other relevant tools.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly to diverse audiences.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Project Management, or Engineering) is preferred.
