- Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and client expectations.
- Develop comprehensive project plans that outline scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes.
- Conduct regular project status meetings, providing updates to stakeholders and addressing any concerns or issues that arise.
- Ensure adherence to project management best practices and methodologies, promoting continuous improvement within the team.

- A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably within the technology or consulting sectors.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from initiation to closure.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams effectively.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with a focus on delivering high‑quality results.
- Proficient in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, or Trello) and other relevant tools.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly to diverse audiences.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Project Management, or Engineering) is preferred.
