• Manage 3-5 Customer Success teams
• Ensure adherence to Customer Success SOPs and ongoing management and attainment of Account Plans
• Oversee the team books of business, and re-align resources as necessary to execute on customer requests
• Monitor team performance and give guidance when needed, to include formal performance reviews
• Manage account financial aspects (budgets, forecasting contracts, fees etc.) in coordination with the SVP
• Support projects focused on customer success business operations
• Serve as a point of escalation for internal teams and departments
• Foster senior-level relationships with select customers and regularly communicate to ensure satisfaction

• 7-10+ years in a leadership position with direct reports, preferably in a SaaS organization
• Proven leader with demonstrated skills in fostering a positive team environment through collaboration, conflict-resolution and diplomacy
• Ability to retain business through the development of long-term, mutually beneficial customer relationships and superior service
• Familiarity with budgeting and reporting
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities

This role is in our Atlanta or New York Office, with a requirement of 3 days in the office.
