Candidate Requirements

• Flexibility to work overtime, including weekends based on business needs.
• Experience and/or willingness/ability to operate and learn a variety of machinery, including forklift equipment.
• High school degree (or GED) with experience working in a manufacturing facility highly preferred.
• Must successfully pass a physical exam, drug screen, and background check.

• Perform manufacturing tasks per standard operating procedures.
• Follow directions under limited supervision.
• Learn and apply manufacturing principles and practices.
• Perform basic mathematical calculations and read a tape measure.
• Lifting and loading materials.
• Comply with safety and operational guidelines, policies, and procedures.
• Communicate with co-workers to provide and receive direction.

Employees holding this position will be subject to periodic training which will be assessed through internal audits.
