Now Hiring Composite Panel Production Operators | Spanish Fluency Required | Manufacturing Facility – Albany, GA
Southern Point Staffing is now hiring Composite Panel Production Operators for a manufacturing company located in Albany, GA. This is a great opportunity for someone who is fluent in Spanish and has a strong work ethic. You will be working with industrial materials such as paper honeycomb, fiberglass, and polyurethane in a hands-on, team-based environment.
Position Overview:- Full-time, long-term opportunity
- Indoor warehouse environment
- Pay based on experience
- Immediate openings available
- Operate machinery to assemble composite panels using paper honeycomb, fiberglass, and polyurethane materials
- Measure, cut, and prepare materials according to production specifications
- Apply resin mixtures (polyol and isocyanate) during panel production
- Follow established procedures for thermoforming and composite bonding
- Inspect finished panels for quality and consistency
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors in Spanish
- Follow all company safety policies and quality standards
- Spanish fluency required (bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred)
- Previous experience in manufacturing or production preferred (training available)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physically demanding tasks
- Must be detail-oriented and able to follow technical instructions
- Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work well in a team
- Must provide verifiable work history and professional references
