** Flexicrew Technical Services (FTS) is seeking a
** Shipping Organizer
** to assist with organizing and preparing doors and frames for shipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This position plays a key role in ensuring orders are accurately sorted, staged, and ready for delivery while maintaining quality and efficiency throughout the shipping process.
** Essential Duties:
*** Off-load doors and frames from the production/paint line.
* Organize doors and frames by customer order and assigned truck for shipment.
* Stage and stack materials onto pallets for safe and efficient shipping.
* Read and interpret work orders to ensure accurate product organization.
* Measure and organize loose-stop material that will be added to doors and frames after the paint process.
* Verify materials are correctly matched to orders before shipment.
* Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
* Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
** Requirements/

Skills:

*** Ability to accurately read a tape measure to the nearest 1/16 inch.
* Previous warehouse, shipping, manufacturing, or material handling experience preferred.
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
* Ability to read and follow work orders and shipping documentation.
* Dependable with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
* Forklift experience is a plus but not required.

* Physical Requirements:

*** Ability to lift, carry, and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
* Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and reach throughout the workday.
* Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with varying temperatures.
* Ability to safely handle large doors, frames, and related materials.
