In the role of Shift Lead
- Brewing working in Albany, Georgia you will be rotating off shift role that's responsible for safely managing operations, supporting the Brewing team's continuous development, working both at the situational and systemic level. This position leads the operational execution and sustainability of World Class Supply Chain (WCSC) efforts for the Brewing area and teams through a process of involvement, performance management and personal leadership.
Reporting directly to the Sr Manager Operations
- Brewing, you will be accountable for the implementation of programs, policies and procedures; in addition to coordinating efforts and resources across teams to achieve shared goals.
What You'll Be Brewing:
- Operates with a focus on safety, quality and efficiency, guiding and monitoring team member in their adherence to Safety, Quality and optimization of the team's performance
- Guides the team to utilize World Class Supply Chain 5S practices
- Use key performance indicators to optimize team performance
- Interprets production plan schedule requirements
- Knowledge of relevant hygiene, food safety, health and safety legislation (including environmental) including safe work practices
- Strong analytical skills, good communications, innovative approach and real sense of urgency
- You love a challenge. You complete complex projects quickly and adeptly with your understanding of the business priorities
- You possess a strategic thinking/planning mindset by having the ability to take initiative and work effectively
Key Ingredients:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a high-speed production or manufacturing environment
- Bachelor's degree in Operations, Engineering or Science of Business or equivalent work experience
- Available to work a rotational off-shift schedule based on business needs
- Ability to influence others and work in a unionized environment
- Knowledge of packaging operations (theory & application), cost management and LEAN concepts

Pay and Benefits:
At Molson Coors, we're committed to paying people fairly and equitably for the work they do. Job Posting Total Rewards Offerings: $72,500.00 - $95,100.00 (posting salary range) + 10 % target short term incentive + $23,000 on average spent on benefits per employee, including but not limited to health, dental, vision, retirement with above market employer match, wellness incentives and EAP + paid time off (including holidays, vacation days and sick days).
