Position Overview

Shift Details

• 5 days per week: 8-hour shifts

Compensation & Incentives

• Salary range: $90,000 – $105,000 annually (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily nursing operations and patient care quality
• Lead, mentor, and support nursing staff
• Ensure accurate documentation in the EMR (e.g., EPIC)
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
• Maintain regulatory and quality‑of‑care compliance
• Manage staffing, schedules, and resource allocation
• Support onboarding, training, and professional development
• Monitor clinical equipment and supply needs
• Lead quality improvement and patient‑experience initiatives

Requirements

• BSN
• Georgia RN License (Required)
• BLS Certification (Required)
• 2 years of supervisory/management experience in medical acute nursing unit
• 3 years of medical surgical RN experience
