We are seeking Neonatal Nurse Practitioners (NNPs) to join our collaborative NICU team. In this role, you will provide comprehensive neonatal patient management, clinical decision-making, procedural care, and family education in partnership with neonatologists and interdisciplinary providers.
Phoebe’s Level III NICU provides advanced, specialized care for premature and critically ill newborns across Southwest Georgia. Our multidisciplinary team of neonatologists, Neonatal Nurse Practitioners, and experienced NICU nurses is committed to delivering high‑acuity, evidence‑based care while supporting families during some of their most vulnerable moments.
What We Offer- $10,000 sign‑on for new grads, $15,000 sign‑on for experienced NNPs (with 24‑month commitment)

- Master's Degree in Nursing (Required)
- 4+ years experience in supervision and independent decision making in major nursing areas (Preferred)
- Required Certifications/Licensures:
Nurse Practitioners Certification (NP‑C), AHA Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), and Department Specific Certifications may be required - Neonatal Nurse Practitioner Certification (NNP)
