Dialysis Registered NurseA RN provides specialized nursing care at one of DCI’s in‑center hemodialysis units as part of a patient care team. Our RNs ensure safe care and prioritize high‑quality outcomes for every patient.
SchedulePer‑Diem, approximate 20 hours per week; shifts starting between 2:00 pm – 4:00 pm, Sundays off, no overnight shifts.
CompensationPay ranges from $31–$40 per hour, depending on nursing and dialysis experience.

Responsibilities- Prepare dialysis machine, its alarms, and treatment supplies and ensure quality standards are met.
- Perform hemodialysis treatments per facility policies and procedures.
- Provide ongoing patient education, training, and health coaching.
- Monitor patients during dialysis, assessing and communicating changes with physician and families.
- Administer and chart all prescribed medications.
- Follow CDC/CMS infection control regulations.
- Participate in patient care conferences, rounds, and chart reviews.
- Document required patient education efforts.
- Facilitate continuity of care with local hospitals.
- Assist in medication inventory maintenance.
- Lead a small patient care team.
- Contribute to onboarding new staff members as directed.
- Perform additional tasks as requested.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Demonstrated clinical excellence.
- Desire to collaborate with care teams.
- Ability to problem solve.
- Accredited nursing degree required.
- Dialysis experience required; job shadow opportunities available.
- DCI provides 3 months of comprehensive training, including classroom group sessions and one‑on‑one skills training.
