A RN provides specialized nursing care at one of DCI’s in‑center hemodialysis units as part of a patient care team. Our RNs ensure safe care and prioritize high‑quality outcomes for every patient.

Per‑Diem, approximate 20 hours per week; shifts starting between 2:00 pm – 4:00 pm, Sundays off, no overnight shifts.

Pay ranges from $31–$40 per hour, depending on nursing and dialysis experience.

Paid training, competitive pay, outstanding benefits, Sundays off, low caregiver‑to‑patient ratio.

• Prepare dialysis machine, its alarms, and treatment supplies and ensure quality standards are met.
• Perform hemodialysis treatments per facility policies and procedures.
• Provide ongoing patient education, training, and health coaching.
• Monitor patients during dialysis, assessing and communicating changes with physician and families.
• Administer and chart all prescribed medications.
• Follow CDC/CMS infection control regulations.
• Participate in patient care conferences, rounds, and chart reviews.
• Document required patient education efforts.
• Facilitate continuity of care with local hospitals.
• Assist in medication inventory maintenance.
• Lead a small patient care team.
• Contribute to onboarding new staff members as directed.
• Perform additional tasks as requested.

• Accredited nursing degree required.
• Dialysis experience required; job shadow opportunities available.
• DCI provides 3 months of comprehensive training, including classroom group sessions and one‑on‑one skills training.
