As a Dialysis Registered Nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care to patients with chronic kidney conditions. You will work in a post-acute care setting, ensuring that each patient receives the best possible treatment and support. Your responsibilities will include:

• Administering dialysis treatments and monitoring patients during procedures
• Collaborating with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Educating patients and their families on treatment options and self-care strategies
• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation in the charting system
• Floating to nearby clinics as needed to support patient care
• Operating dialysis machines and ensuring proper maintenance and functionality
• Adhering to all safety and infection control protocols

Requirements for this role include:

• Current RN license
• BLS Certification
• Need 1 year experience in setting
