Step into a fast-paced cardiac step-down environment as a registered nurse, providing compassionate, expert care to adults with acute cardiac needs. Bring at least two years of step-down or progressive care experience, an active RN license, and certifications such as ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS to confidently manage post-operative and emergent cardiac situations. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, conduct thorough patient assessments, and document accurately while contributing to care plans in a dynamic setting that supports professional growth.

This role offers exposure to a broad spectrum of cardiac cases-from post-surgical recovery to rhythm management-along with a comprehensive orientation and ongoing opportunities to advance your skills and make a meaningful impact.

Requirements:

• 2 years experience in Stepdown in acute care
• ACLS
• BLS (AHA)
• NIHSS
• EMR: MEDITECH
• Cardiac stepdown unit (4A/4B) familiarity
• CABG and cardiovascular surgery patient care
• ECG rhythm interpretation
• Pacer wires familiarity
