Dialysis Registered Nurse; RN - Float

Overview

Dialysis Clinic, Inc. (DCI) is recruiting a Dialysis Registered Nurse – Area Float to support our mission of prioritizing individualized care for patients with chronic kidney disease. A $5,000 sign‑on bonus is available for qualified candidates. Dialysis experience is required.

Full‑time; four 10‑hour shifts starting at 5 a.m.;
Sundays off; no overnight shifts.

Pay ranges from $35 to $39 per hour, depending on nursing and dialysis experience.

• Prepare dialysis machine, its alarms, and treatment supplies and ensure quality standards are met
• Perform hemodialysis treatments per facility policies and procedures
• Provide ongoing patient education, training, and health coaching
• Monitor patients during dialysis, assessing and communicating changes with physician and families
• Administer and chart all prescribed medications
• Follow CDC/CMS infection control regulations
• Participate in patient care conferences, rounds, and chart reviews
• Document required patient education efforts
• Facilitate continuity of care with local hospitals
• Assist in medication inventory maintenance
• Lead a small patient care team
• Contribute to onboarding new staff members as directed
• Perform additional tasks as requested

• Accredited nursing degree required
• Dialysis experience required; minimum of 6 months, one year preferred
