Overview
Dialysis Clinic, Inc. (DCI) is recruiting a Dialysis Registered Nurse – Area Float to support our nonprofit mission of individualized care for patients with chronic kidney disease. We offer paid training, competitive pay, outstanding benefits, Sundays off, and a strong culture. This position will be part of the Albany area float pool.
Sign‑on bonus: $5,000 available.
ScheduleFull‑time, four 10‑hour shifts starting at 5 am;
Sundays off; no overnight shifts.
Pay ranges from $35–$39 per hour, depending on nursing and dialysis experience.

- Prepare dialysis machine, alarms, and treatment supplies and ensure quality standards are met
- Perform hemodialysis treatments in accordance with facility policies and procedures
- Conduct ongoing patient education, training, and health coaching
- Monitor patients during dialysis, assessing and communicating changes with physician and families
- Administer and chart all prescribed medications
- Follow CDC/CMS infection control regulations
- Participate in patient care conferences, rounds, and chart reviews
- Document required patient education efforts
- Facilitate continuity of care with local hospitals
- Assist in medication inventory maintenance
- Lead a small patient care team
- Contribute to onboarding new staff members as directed
- Perform additional tasks as requested

- Ability to problem‑solve
- Accredited nursing degree required
- Dialysis experience required: minimum 6 months; one year preferred
