We are a mission-driven nonprofit clinic located in Albany, GA dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality healthcare to underserved communities. As we continue to expand our services and impact, we're seeking a dynamic and experienced Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner to provide full-time care to our patients. Nurse Practitioner should be board certified in Family Nursing or Adult-Gerontology Primary Care.

The Nurse Practitioner’s Key Responsibilities:

Clinical Duties:

• Provide comprehensive care to patients in an outpatient setting in alignment with evidence-based practices.
• Perform patient assessments including physical examinations and medical histories.
• Utilize EHR system for accurate record-keeping.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.
• Stay updated on best practices and advancements in the field.

Qualifications:

• Active Nurse Practitioner license and board certification as a family nurse practitioner or adult-gerontology primary care
• Minimum 5 years of clinical experience
• Previous experience in a free clinic or public health department, preferred but not required.
• Passion for community health and health equity
