Sign-On Bonus: Up to $50,000

- Time management and organizational skills in a clinical setting
- Examine, diagnose, and treat companion animals to determine the nature of disease or injury
- Perform routine and advanced medical procedures, including surgery, as appropriate
- Operate diagnostic equipment, collect samples, and accurately interpret results
- Advise pet owners on preventive care, treatment plans, and follow-up recommendations
- Prescribe medications and develop treatment protocols
- Provide compassionate guidance for end-of-life care and decision-making
- Maintain accurate and timely medical records
- Ensure compliance with veterinary ethics, hospital policies, and applicable regulations
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree from an AVMA-accredited institution
- Active or eligible state veterinary licensure
- Eligibility to obtain DEA/BNDD licensure
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Professional, courteous demeanor with staff and clients
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds independently and assist with lifting heavier patients or equipment
