Role DescriptionThe Executive Chef will be responsible for overseeing all culinary operations, including menu creation, preparing high-quality meals, and ensuring food safety compliance. The role involves managing kitchen staff, maintaining consistency in food presentation, controlling food costs, and working collaboratively across departments to deliver exceptional dining experiences to all club members and guests. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Albany, GA, and requires strong leadership and organizational skills to uphold the club’s reputation for excellence.
Qualifications- Expertise in menu planning, recipe development, and culinary techniques
- Strong leadership and team management skills to mentor and oversee kitchen staff
- Knowledge of food safety protocols, kitchen operations, and inventory management
- Budget management and cost control experience in food purchasing and production
- Creative problem-solving and ability to ensure quality and consistency in dining experiences
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Culinary degree or equivalent certification is preferred
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or in a similar leadership role in the food service industry
