Position: Manager In Training (Part time)
Hibbett Sports -  - Responsibilities:
Assist the Store Manager in controlling assets and implementing action plans for selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering, and scheduling;
Assumes responsibility of the entire store in the Store Manager's absence and supervises employees;
Provide knowledge and guidance to employees and customers across departments to ensure profitability and high-quality customer service;
Direct staff to ensure department responsibilities and standards are met and inform Store Manager about inventory movement and customer trends;
Promote and sell services and merchandise and uphold company policies and procedures
