Cabinetry Sales Representative Manager

A growing cabinetry and millwork manufacturer is seeking a Builder Account Manager to drive sales throughout Georgia. This role will focus on developing relationships with residential builders, multifamily developers, general contractors, kitchen and bath dealers, and design-build partners while expanding market presence and generating new project opportunities.

• Develop and grow relationships with builders, developers, general contractors, kitchen and bath dealers, and other construction industry decision-makers
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities throughout Georgia
• Build a strong project pipeline with residential, multifamily, and construction-related accounts
• Manage customer relationships from initial contact through project completion
• Partner with internal teams on pricing, project details, timelines, and customer expectations
• Represent the company in customer meetings, networking opportunities, and industry events
• Track market activity, customer needs, and competitive trends within the territory

• Experience selling cabinetry, millwork, building products, construction materials, or related products
• Existing relationships with builders, developers, contractors, dealers, or design-build firms strongly preferred
• Proven success in outside sales, account management, territory sales, or business development
• Strong relationship-building, follow-up, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently, develop new accounts, and manage a territory
• Comfortable working with project-based sales and construction timelines
