Conduct market research and analyze trends to stay ahead of the competition; provide insightful reports to the General Manager, adapting strategies to the dynamic market. - Collaboration and Teamwork:
Be a role model of cross-functional collaboration, working seamlessly with all departments; foster a culture of enthusiasm and commitment to the hotel’s sales goals and overall success.
- High School diploma or equivalent; further education or experience in a hotel or related field preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and effective communication skills.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
