Account Manager, Business Development, Client Relationship Manager

What You’ll DoYour role as a Senior Customer Success Partner is to manage a small portfolio of strategic Enterprise accounts within the Technology Vertical. You will grow revenue by developing and maintaining strategic account plans, deploying resources to penetrate accounts, and ensuring service levels are met. The position is 100% remote with up to 20% travel and requires relocation within the United States.
Responsibilities- Develop and execute clear, strategic account management plans for named accounts.
- Track revenue trends, upsell opportunities, and competitive threats.
- Meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue objectives for the portfolio.
- Identify additional product or solution offerings that benefit the account.
- Coordinate cross‑functional resources to maximize revenue and penetration.
- Demonstrate in‑depth knowledge of First Advantage pricing, procedures, and competitive positioning.
- Prepare and deliver quarterly and annual client business reviews.
- Document and manage action/project plans for each client.
- Analyze trends and recommend changes to client programs.
- Resolve client issues by providing root‑cause analysis and solutions.
- Maintain knowledge of all aspects of customers’ background screening and occupational health programs.
- Provide exceptional customer service and nurture long‑term relationships.
- Manage contractual documentation including MSAs, SOWs, SLAs, and SOPs.
- Lead contract renewals and RFP responses.
- Host regular client calls to nurture and grow account relationships.
- Perform additional duties as required.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; MBA preferred.
- 5+ years of proven experience in sales account management for strategic national or global accounts.
- Experience managing complex solutions and products with C‑level relationships.
- Proficiency with MS Office, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Experience with reporting tools such as Looker Analytics or PowerBI is helpful.
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
- Strong oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional multitasking, time‑management, and organizational abilities.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Demonstrated networking abilities and professional demeanor.
- Capability to navigate large enterprises and build internal partnerships.
- Travel availability up to 20%, including overnight stays.

Approximately $100,000–$125,000 base annually.
