Sales Operations Specialist

The Sales Operations Specialist supports sales functions and ensures compliance with company policies and procedures.

• Process sales inquiries as the single point of contact and deliver operationally sound, customer‑focused solutions from inception to resolution.
• Liaise between Sales and internal departments as well as external service providers to resolve issues.
• Serve as a subject‑matter expert on designated sales area processes and initiatives.
• Collect and provide relevant information and communications to support Sales initiatives.
• Assist in preparing sales reports and analytics by compiling data on performance, customer trends, and other metrics.
• Conduct basic market research on competitors, industry trends, and customer preferences to provide insights to the Sales teams.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement within the sales‑support function and recommend enhancements to streamline processes.
• Assist in creating sales proposals and presentations through collaboration with the Sales teams.
• Assist with onboarding and off‑boarding processes of sales team members.
• Perform other duties as needed.

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent education and/or experience.
• 2‑4 years of relevant experience or equivalent education and/or experience.
• Strong knowledge of technical, process, and business principles, industry practices, and standards.
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• High level of integrity and discretion in handling sensitive and confidential data.

Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly.
