The Enrollment Specialist plays a key role in driving new family enrollment. You'll engage directly with prospective parents, guide them through the decision‑making process, and help them confidently choose TLE. This role is based in our Marietta location and focuses on converting inquiries into completed registrations by scheduling and supporting center tours. Ideal candidates are persuasive communicators who know how to influence without pressure.
You'll bring a mix of sales acumen, operational focus, and strong follow‑through, making it easy for families to say yes to TLE.
- Improve lead-to-registration conversion rates across assigned centers.
- Manage key metrics including scheduled tours, show rates, perform the tour and complete enrollments.
- Follow up with prospective families through structured and timely outreach.
- Serve as the first point of contact for parents via phone, email, and text.
- Communicate clearly, answer questions, and provide helpful information.
- Schedule and confirm center tours, ensuring smooth handoffs and timely follow-up.
- Answering questions and concerns from parents regarding enrollment.
- Maintaining Child Files and ensuring all paperwork and information is up to date.
- Creating a warm and inviting space for all children to feel welcome as soon as they come through the door.
- Deploy personalized email and text campaigns to re‑engage open or inactive leads.
- Use provided templates, adjusting messaging to reflect center‑specific context.
-Creating a 30-60-90‑day marketing plan, executing through community involvement and driving community brand awareness - Track performance data and refine messaging strategies for better results.
- Collaborate with Center Directors to prioritize actions.
- Share tools and recommendations that support strong family tours and follow‑up.
- Provide light coaching on outreach strategy, scripts, and parent engagement.
- Clearly articulate TLE's value proposition, from curriculum and safety to overall experience.
- Ensure consistent messaging that reflects brand standards and priorities.
- 3+ years of experience in sales, customer engagement, or enrollment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Organized and results‑oriented, with a track record of meeting performance goals.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and follow through.
- Experience in education, childcare, or franchise operations a plus.
