Part Time
Pay Rate: $15.34 / Hour
Job Schedule:- Mon 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
- Tue 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
- Thu 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM
- Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to a healthcare location.
- Monitor phones, radios, alarms, and other communication systems, documenting calls for service and dispatching personnel to routine and critical incidents in a calm, problem-solving manner.
- Coordinate security-related responses with site personnel, medical staff, and/or first responders, sharing timely information to help support emergency and non-emergency operations.
- Maintain accurate activity logs, incident reports, and dispatch records, helping supervisors and site leadership track events, follow-ups, and operational needs.
- Observe camera systems and other monitoring tools, report unusual activity, and help to deter unauthorized access or disruptive behavior throughout the location.
- Be at least 21 years of age.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- CPR certification is preferred.
- X‑Ray screening experience is preferred.
- Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
