Facility / Property Control Lead
Ops Tech Alliance is seeking a well-qualified candidate to serve as the Facility / Property Control Lead for Role‑player Services (RPS) in Glynco, GA. The Facility / Property Control Lead coordinates, maintains, and accounts for all uniforms, equipment, and property in support of more than 400 role‑playing personnel. The Facility / Property Control Lead supervises the Facility / Property Control Tech.
This position is Full Time, 40 hours a week. Shift work or flexed work may be required.
- Coordinate all uniforms, equipment, and property in support of more than 300 role‑playing personnel
- Coordinate and deconflict the need for uniforms and props for all active training scenarios
- Manage the Facility / Property Control
- Ensure delivery of materials, supplies, etc. to training sites in coordination with PM and APM.
- Manage and coordinate vehicles used to support the training exercises
- Support the Project Manager as needed
- Ensure on‑site Facility and Property control coverage during normal duty hours (6:30 AM until 6:00 PM) Monday through Friday, excluding Federal holidays.
- Must be a U.S. citizen
- High school diploma
- Minimum of four years of experience providing logistics support
- Minimum of six years of combined logistics/training experience
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Keen leadership skills
- Outstanding communication (verbal and written) skills
- Experience with MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) as well as Adobe
- Previous experience working role‑player support for large training organizations
