- Identify opportunities to improve system performance and efficiency
- Document service calls accurately and thoroughly
- Stay sharp on new technology and industry best practices
- Active HVAC license/certification
- Strong residential service experience
- Confidence in communicating with homeowners and recommending solutions
- Solid diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Knowledge of HVAC systems, codes, and safety standards
- A clean driving record
- Self-motivation and the ability to manage your own schedule
