• Document work accurately, maintaining detailed records of job progress, time, materials used, and customer interactions.
• Offer technical support directly to customers, ensuring they receive the assistance they need.
• Stay updated on product specifications and industry standards.
• Be flexible with work hours, including overtime and weekends, when necessary, and accommodate travel needs that may require overnight stays.
