Job Overview

Keep our operations running, safely and smoothly. At Lineage, you’ll play a key role in maintaining the equipment and systems that keep our cold storage facilities running 24/7. As a Maintenance Technician, you’ll troubleshoot, repair, and improve the mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration systems that power our operation—including hands‑on work with industrial ammonia refrigeration systems essential to our success.

• Support routine maintenance of facility infrastructure—lighting, plumbing, HVAC, dock doors, racking systems, and general building systems.
• Inspect, maintain, and repair mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration systems to ensure reliable operation.
• Perform preventive maintenance on Freon refrigeration systems, upholding strict safety and compliance standards.
• Troubleshoot and repair material handling equipment and facility control systems.
• Document maintenance activities and communicate updates to leadership.
• Maintain a safe, organized workspace and support continuous improvement efforts.

• Prior hands‑on experience in industrial maintenance, equipment repair, or building systems (preferred).
• 2+ years of experience or trade‑school training in facility, equipment, or refrigeration maintenance (Freon).
• Hands‑on experience with Freon refrigeration systems preferred.
• Universal EPA certification required.
• Skilled with hand and power tools; basic computer proficiency.
• Strong mechanical aptitude, problem‑solving ability, and communication skills.
• Able to lift 50 lbs.
• Capable of working in cold or warm environments (-20°F to 100°F).
• Flexible availability, including weekends or overtime as needed.
