Overview
Our Employee-Owned company has immediate full-time openings for a Plumber in the Southeast. This position will work within Industrial, Commercial, Healthcare, and Federal businesses and be part of an amazing and GROWING team! All positions are regular, full-time and benefits eligible. Pay range depending on experience, skills, and knowledge.
Responsibilities- Plumbers install, repair, and maintain pipes, fixtures, and other plumbing systems used for water distribution and wastewater disposal in residential, commercial, institutional, industrial, or other public buildings.
- Proficient in reading blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the layout of plumbing systems, water supply networks, and waste drainage systems.
- Install and service plumbing systems, fixtures, piping equipment, and controls while working in cooperation with other trades and laborers to ensure that all specifications, codes, laws and policies are met.
- Ensure efficient completion of projects within their scope of work in accordance with building codes and safety standards.
- Conduct business in accordance with PPC and Metro Power, Inc. mission and vision statements.

- Must possess a valid Driver's License
- Must have 3 years’ experience as a plumber
- Must be highly organized and detail oriented
- Be familiar with interpreting plumbing blueprints
- Identify and eliminate hazardous conditions at the job site
- Must hold safety as their number one priority
- Must be a self-starter and possess a positive attitude
- Must learn the service call software technology
- Must read and understand blueprints
- Communication skills that expertly convey detailed information
