Perform truck repairs at customer facilities;
Maintain a safe and orderly work environment, completing tasks safely;
Diagnose and repair equipment, applying failure analysis to determine root causes;
Maintain customer machines/equipment to high standards and ensure coworkers do the same;
Write full reports on field service findings with clear information; communicate with customers on maintenance/repairs; respond to customer needs promptly; be available for overtime and after-hours calls as needed
