Maintenance Technician

Uni First is seeking a Maintenance Technician I to support our manufacturing and facility operations. In this entry-level role, you'll perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot and repair production and facility equipment, and help keep our plant running safely and efficiently. Working in a hands-on, fast-paced environment, you'll collaborate with operations teams, document work, follow strict safety standards, and assist with equipment installations and improvements.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventive maintenance on production and facility equipment
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, pneumatic, and basic electrical issues
• Inspect machinery to ensure safe, reliable operation and minimal downtime
• Document work performed, parts used, and maintenance schedules
• Assist with equipment installations, adjustments, and upgrades
• Follow safety procedures and support a clean, organized work area
• Collaborate with production teams to prioritize maintenance needs
• Report recurring issues and suggest improvements to maintenance processes
