The Shelter Resident Transition (SRT) Service Associate is an operational, temporary role supporting disaster relief operations with the American Red Cross
- Georgia Region. It is typically deployed to level 4 and above disaster relief operations (DROs).
SRT Caseworkers work with shelter residents to understand their resources and remove roadblocks, helping households create an individualized action plan to transition from the shelter to a more sustainable living solution and faster recovery.
