Senior Agentic Automation Engineer

We are seeking a Senior Agentic Automation Engineer to design and deliver advanced AI-driven automation solutions. In this role, you will architect multi-agent systems, engineer robust integrations and translate complex agent behavior into clear business value for customers and stakeholders.

• Design multi-agent orchestration solutions including agent graphs, state management and agent-to-agent communication
• Develop advanced prompt engineering approaches with structured outputs, function/tool calling and multi-step reasoning
• Produce system/module designs, engineering diagrams and technical documentation
• Propose multiple solution options with clear trade‑off analysis and justified recommendations
• Apply design patterns and explain non‑functional requirements at the system level
• Implement CI/CD pipeline design, distributed tracing, structured logging and dashboarding
• Deploy containerized and serverless services with RESTful and event‑driven API integration
• Conduct unit, component, integration and end‑to‑end testing for AI‑backed services
• Lead and moderate project meetings and communicate directly with customers
• Translate complex agent behavior into clear business language for non‑technical stakeholders
• Work independently while proactively identifying and resolving blockers
• Onboard new platforms, tools and skills quickly and efficiently apply them in delivery

• 3+ years of experience in software engineering and AI automation
• Understanding of LLM fundamentals including context windows, tokenization, attention and model limitations
• Proficiency with at least two agent frameworks and advanced RAG
• Proficiency in Python, JavaScript or C# or equivalent
• Hands‑on experience with at least two cloud AI platforms such as Azure AI Foundry, AWS Bedrock or Google Vertex AI
• Familiarity with low‑code/no‑code AI workflow automation platforms
• Skills in Docker, Kubernetes or serverless deployment
• Proficiency with relational and vector databases
• Knowledge of SOLID, DRY and KISS principles and code quality metrics
• Experience with Scrum, Kanban or Waterfall and ability to describe trade‑offs for a given project context
• English proficiency B2 or higher

• Success story of convincing a customer to adopt a proposed technical solution
• Experience in conducting internal and external trainings and tech talks
• Troubleshooting success stories in complex AI/automation environments
• Experience creating end‑to‑end automated acceptance tests
