Engineering Manager (Ride-Hailing):
Leading and mentoring engineering teams to build high-performance, scalable ride-hailing systems with an accent on technical strategy and resource management. Focus on driving technical excellence through Golang and Python, optimizing development processes, and aligning engineering output with business objectives.

Based in Tbilisi, Georgia (Hybrid).

• Capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
• Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
