CDL A Flatbed Drivers Securement Weekends

CDL A Flatbed Drivers Will Train Securement Home Weekends (Full Time)

We are looking for Class A drivers with flatbed experience, or those willing to train in flatbed securement. Drivers return home every weekend and earn $1400‑1600 per week with full benefits. A rider and pet are welcome at no charge.

• All drivers start at 27% of the load and average $1450‑1600 per week.
• Drivers typically run the five states around their domicile location.
• Work schedule:
  
  Mon‑Fri/Sat with a minimum of 34 hours of rest per week.
• Full benefits start on the first of the month after 30 days, including medical, dental, 401(k), and more.
• Experience bonus:
  Qualified experienced flatbed drivers with five or fewer jobs in the last three years receive a $5000 bonus paid in installments ($1500 on first load, $1500 at 180 days, and $2000 at one year).
• Trucks are assigned to drivers: no more than three years old, Cascadias or T680s, all automatic, and may be taken home.

• Experience:
  
  To qualify as an experienced flatbed driver you must satisfy one of the following:
  • One full year of verifiable Class A OTR or regional experience with any trailer 48’ or longer, including 6 months of verifiable Class A regional or OTR flatbed within the last three years.
  • 9 months of verifiable Class A OTR or regional flatbed experience within the last three years.
• For trainees: a full year of verifiable Class A OTR or regional experience within the last 3 years.
• No more than 6 Class A driving jobs in the last three years.
• No more than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years (if a major violation, no other violations allowed).
• May have one DOT Preventable Recordable accident in the year, provided no fatality or injury.
• Must not have been terminated from most recent job for safety.
• No felonies in the last 7 years and no pending charges.
• No misdemeanors in the last 3 years.
