Inventory Clerk; M-F - Exceptions

Spinrite is the largest craft yarn and sewing thread company in North America. As an industry leader focused on driving growth and execution excellence, we are looking for an Inventory Clerk (Exceptions) to join our growing Distribution team.

Reporting to the Distribution Supervisor (E-commerce). This individual will be responsible for receiving, storing, picking and distributing materials and products. This physically demanding role requires attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

• Follows all safety regulations and policies at all times without exception.
• Must be capable and trained to safely and efficiently operate powered industrial trucks
• Move material throughout the facility with the use of a powered industrial truck
• Use RF scanners to pick orders and move material within the facility WMS
• Ability to use basic math skills to maintain accurate inventory
• Load and unload material on/off trailers
• Performs order selecting activities.
• Must be able to handle and lift up to 40 pounds.
• Must be able to handle heights
• Must be able to continually walk long distances, push, pull, stand, bend, stoop, squat, sit.
• Must work overtime as required.
• Ability to drive a forklift is a plus
• Must have computer skills to include the use of Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with AS400 is preferred.
