Position Overview

Kalman & Company, Inc. is seeking Order Fillers for an opportunity supporting the Marine Corps Logistics Command in Albany, GA. This position falls under the Department of Labor's Service Contract Act (SCA).

• Perform a full range of warehousing activities, including receiving, storing, issuing, reconstitution, inventorying, and shipping bulk and individual gear and equipment.
• Accurately pack and ship PGI material.
• Receive and fill customer orders.
• Pick merchandise from warehouse shelves, pack merchandise, check packed merchandise against orders for accuracy, and keep track of inventory and shipments.
• Support public affairs consultants serving as project leads for various environmental-focused communication projects.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

• Minimum of 1 year experience in performing warehouse duties such as packing, shipping, receiving, filling customer orders, picking merchandise from warehouse shelves, packing merchandise, checking packed merchandise against orders for accuracy, and keeping track of inventory and shipments.
• Demonstrated written and oral communication skills.
• Detail-oriented; demonstrate good time-management skills and manage workload with minimal oversight.
• Ability to obtain forklift safety certification.
• Successfully pass a drug screen and background check.
• Must pass pre-employment qualifications of Kalman & Company, Inc.
• Candidates must be at least 18 years old.
